About the job posting
As a Website Maintenance Specialist, you will communicate with all of our customers who have us maintain their website and order website edits based on the customers’ requests.
What You’ll Be Doing...
- Act as point of contact for website customers or partner representatives who have us maintain their live websites (both by phone and email)
- Maintain excitement and build value in website product
- Gather requests from customers and organize them appropriately for website design employees
- Provide excellent customer experiences
- Provide basic feedback to customers in regards to the appropriateness of their requests
- Meet department KPIs
- Meet department SLAs
- Complete assignments from Website Client Services Team Lead
What You’ll Need to Succeed...
- 1+ years of customer service experience (both phone and email)
- Proficient in Google Apps and Tools (ie: Gmail, Drive, etc)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to present oneself as an expert on the phone and in email
- Ability to de-escalate and save customers who want to cancel
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with minimal supervision at a high level of quality
- Ability to complete assignments by set deadlines
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- You have a personal sense of pride in you work
- You have a positive attitude and are trustworthy
We’re Especially Interested If…
- You have 6+ months of digital marketing or technical support experience
Compensation:
- $15.00+/ hr DOE
- Full-time positions are eligible for benefits including; Health, Dental, Vision & 401k.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm.
