About the job posting
The core responsibility of this role will be to assist in identifying underperforming accounts, analyzing and making recommendations to the customer/CSR, and trying to resolve issues. This role is 100% production.
*Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are currently a remote team. However, we are looking for a Utah-based candidate and will only be considering candidates who are currently living in Utah or planning on relocating soon.
When the pandemic is over, there will be the option for this to remain a remote position.*
What You’ll Need To Succeed...
- Minimum of 6 months SEO Experience.
- Regular and predictive attendance.
- Proficient written communication skills.
- Launchpad knowledge.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Work directly with other SEO analysts and Audit team members.
- Access SEO campaigns for Underperforming issues.
- Read reports in Google Search Console.
- Look through reporting dashboards to decipher rank drops and trends
- Perform thorough audits for each underperforming keyword
- Report to Client Services of action steps to succeed in campaigns
- Help members on your team troubleshoot the audits
- Be accountable and provide feedback on processes
- Completes assignments given by Mentor/Team Lead
- Completes Department and Team SLAs
What You’ll Be Doing...

Compensation: $12/hour +DOE
Schedule: Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
